Is the first class really free?

Yes. Come try a class that fits your age and experience level, with no obligation afterwards.

What should I bring on my first visit?

A t-shirt and shorts or sweatpants without zippers or pockets, plus water. Shoes come off at the edge of the mat. You don't need a gi to start.

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes before class so we can sign you in, introduce you to the coach, and walk you through mat etiquette without rushing.

Do you have classes for complete beginners?

Every week. Foundation / Beginner runs Monday and Wednesday at 6:15 PM, Saturday at 9:00 AM and Sunday at 9:30 AM.
