All participants (or a parent/guardian on behalf of a minor) are required to sign a waiver and release of liability prior to participation. This waiver releases Elijah Brazilian Jiujitsu LLC, its instructors, staff, and affiliates from liability for injuries sustained during training, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
